What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across business functions.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions with measurable success criteria.
• Design and implement AI-supported workflows, including AI agents, copilots, and intelligent orchestration.
• Optimize processes before automation and coordinate AI agents, dashboards, and cross-system workflows.
• Develop reusable architectural and process patterns to scale AI capabilities.
• Establish enterprise AI standards, governance frameworks, and responsible deployment practices.

Requirements

• Strong background in business operations, digital transformation, or process optimization.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or automation in real business environments.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into structured solutions.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, process mining, or intelligent automation.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, PLM, or BI.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
• Background in consulting, product management, or operations.
