AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Warsaw or Munich

What you will do

• Build and optimize the agent runtime loop for planning, acting, and verifying work.
• Engineer context by managing the interplay between system prompts, memory, skills, and tools.
• Develop fluent tool integration and autonomous skill-writing capabilities for the agent.
• Implement robust evaluation infrastructure to catch regressions and ensure measurable improvements.
• Ship product features directly to users via Slack and Teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Munich or Warsaw
• Proven experience building or significantly modifying an AI agent harness.
• Deep understanding of how system prompts, skills, and tools interact in complex environments.
• Proficiency in Python with a preference for building custom harnesses rather than using standard orchestration libraries.
• Experience building custom skills, CLIs, or MCP servers.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design for scale and reliability.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a founder or early-stage builder.
• Open source contributions to AI tooling.
