AI Operations Manager

hirify.global develops a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes hospital workflows to improve healthcare operations and patient care.

What you will do

• Identify and implement high-impact AI and automation use cases across the company.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations using Make, Claude API, Pinecone APIs, and other AI tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and reduce manual work.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into business impact.
• Measure automation impact and efficiency gains.
• Enable teams to adopt AI and continuously improve their workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or a similar cross-functional senior role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across complex environments.
• Hands-on experience building AI and automation systems from scratch.
• Technical understanding of LLM pipelines, agentic workflows, and integrations.
• Deep experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures, including Claude, GPT, or similar models.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German at C1 level or higher.
