Senior Structural Engineer (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Design and analyze foundations for heavy equipment and data center infrastructure.
• Analyze steel frameworks, beams, supports, and other metal structures under dynamic loads, stress, fatigue, and thermal conditions.
• Perform load-bearing capacity analyses and define material specifications for concrete and metal components.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and the EPC team to coordinate requirements and optimize structural solutions.
• Troubleshoot structural issues during design and construction, conduct site inspections, and monitor compliance with approved designs.
• Prepare engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience focused on foundation design and calculations.
• Expertise in structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro and AutoCAD.
• Experience with concrete and metal structures, load-bearing calculations, dynamic loading, fatigue, and thermal stress.
• Experience designing large-scale commercial buildings, such as warehouses or manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with geotechnical studies, foundation design techniques, IBC code, FM requirements, and data center or energy facility design.
