Salary: $190,000–$265,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build and scale repeatable customer operations and deployment processes.
• Establish operating rhythms, reporting, and visibility into delivery health, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Drive planning, resourcing, and capacity practices for predictable execution.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering on customer goals, scope, readiness, and execution.
• Own issue management and escalation handling to protect delivery quality and customer outcomes.
• Manage, hire, and coach a Strategy & Operations team focused on operational excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, post-sales operations, CX operations, delivery operations, or a related function.
• Ability to diagnose ambiguous problems, structure workstreams, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience building playbooks, operating cadences, and resourcing or capacity planning systems.
• Strong executive communication and trust-building skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while building structure and maintaining momentum.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with Sales or GTM on deal scoping, success readiness, and pre-close operational rigor.
• Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-adjacent companies.
• Experience building an operations function from scratch or leading it through early scale.
