Implementation Director (Federal, AI Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York City office, with at least 3 days per week onsite and approximately 40% travel expected

Base salary: $169,000–$195,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead new site implementations, product deployments, and large-scale expansion events for the Federal program.
• Serve as the primary implementation contact for Federal counterparts during initial deployment and ongoing product rollouts.
• Create, coordinate, and execute project plans with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Lead project phases including kickoff, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live success.
• Manage project risks, issues, contingency plans, site activations, and product adoption initiatives.
• Develop scalable implementation processes and improve tools and workflows for the Federal program.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience focused on software deployment and implementation.
• Track record of delivering healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience with new site implementations, ongoing product implementation, and product adoption.
• Ability to own implementation strategy and execution as both an individual contributor and manager of scaled teams.
• Experience implementing within the Federal ecosystem; collaboration with the VA is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with privacy and security protocols, tiered support organizations, escalation processes, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement.
