Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and commission.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Technology Operations program portfolio, including device management migrations, office build-outs, and productivity tooling transformation.
• Run large-scale technology implementation, migration, and remediation projects through pilots, rollout waves, cutovers, rollback planning, and early-life support.
• Translate technical designs from TechOps engineers into sequenced delivery plans, maintaining program documentation and decision records.
• Define delivery standards, portfolio reporting, roadmap tracking, intake, prioritization, and escalation mechanisms.
• Coordinate communications, adoption planning, and support readiness for technical changes.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on scope, milestones, blockers, risks, adoption, and business impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, IT program delivery, corporate or enterprise engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering large-scale endpoint, identity, or collaboration platform migrations in complex or distributed environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with identity, device management, productivity, and workplace technologies.
• Strong change management, end-user communication, and adoption planning skills.
• Experience defining delivery standards, reporting frameworks, or operating mechanisms used beyond the immediate team.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear executive-level reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-growing technology, cloud, infrastructure, or AI organization.
• Experience working with Enterprise Security and Identity teams on device posture, conditional access, MFA, or local admin reduction.
• Experience querying platform data and using AI or automation to improve reporting and program tracking.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or Cyber Essentials Plus.
