What you will do

• Drive innovation and solve technical and operational challenges for Public Sector AI/ML customers
• Create and improve technical solutions using data, analytics, and AI/ML expertise
• Lead cross-functional teams to exceed AI/ML objectives and deliver tailored AI systems
• Manage long-term customer health by identifying and mitigating risks
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to build AI products for government use cases
• Strategically develop repeatable customer success processes and solve engineering problems

Requirements

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
• 3+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing technical roles
• Technical background in CS, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering
• Deep understanding of ML operations processes
• Strong analytics-driven problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time

Nice to have

• 10+ years professional experience in technical program management
• Experience managing technical customers using APIs
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
