Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Washington, DC; hybrid with regular onsite presence at the customer site in the DC metro area, up to 3 days per week. The role operates during US business hours and may require periodic travel to other sites.

Base salary: $127,000–$156,000 per year, plus potential equity plan eligibility.

What you will do

• Own customer adoption, mission impact, value realization, renewal support, and expansion narratives for a large government deployment.
• Define the program operating model, governance, cadences, decision rights, escalation paths, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinate 25+ TRM personnel deployed onsite and align investigations, TRM Academy, Product/Engineering, and Capture/RevOps.
• Onboard users, deliver HQ and field trainings, answer customer questions, and ensure users reach meaningful outcomes.
• Design and drive the transition roadmap from TRM-led workflows to customer-led execution.
• Maintain risk and issue management, support customer deliverables and sprint coordination, and lead MBR/QBR communications.

Requirements

• Program management experience owning operating cadences, multi-stakeholder roadmaps, and cross-functional coordination without formal authority.
• Experience in customer success, deployment, strategy, or a CSM-type role, ideally with a single strategic account.
• Experience running QBRs/MBRs and managing adoption, renewal, or expansion outcomes.
• Background in threat intelligence, scam disruption, cyber disruption, critical infrastructure, or government/public-sector environments.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, including training leadership and field users.
• AI fluency, including the ability to assess how AI investigation platforms affect analyst workflows and build trust in AI-assisted outputs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, or financial-crime workflows.
• Experience supporting federal law enforcement or national security customers.
