What you will do

  • Manage multiple hardware development projects, schedules, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Create achievable project plans with cross-functional engineering teams and support product delivery on schedule.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical and project risks across engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain functions.
  • Communicate project status, issues, risks, and trade-off decisions to stakeholders and engineering leadership.
  • Run progress-reporting meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with external technical resources and vendors, including supply chain lead-time planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in hardware product development, from concept through end of life.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Competency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and relevant program management tools.
  • Ability to discuss implementation details with engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, record-keeping, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of nuclear technology and power systems.
  • Experience working in a lean startup environment.
