Principal Technical Program Manager (AI Transformation)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities, including LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, enterprise search, and intelligent automation, and translate them into scalable business solutions.
• Develop AI adoption strategies centered on hirify.global AI Stations for strategic customers, industries, and ecosystem partners.
• Create methodologies, playbooks, reference architectures, operating models, and best practices for operationalizing AI.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs involving business, engineering, customers, products, partners, and executives.
• Translate leadership priorities into executable plans, workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes while managing risks and removing blockers.
• Prepare executive communications and represent hirify.global in strategic customer, partner, analyst, and industry engagements related to AI transformation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across AI, machine learning, software engineering, data science, digital transformation, technical consulting, strategy, or business leadership.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, and scaling enterprise AI, machine learning, automation, or generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, modern AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives with executive visibility.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive outcomes across matrixed global organizations without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree in a relevant technical, business, or information systems discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Advanced degree such as an MS, MBA, or Ph.D.
• Executive-level leadership experience equivalent to an advanced degree.
