Senior Manager, Transformation

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; full working rights in the applicable region required

Salary: USD 140,000–160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.
• Drive transformation agendas for assigned business functions and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans.
• Define project scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, success measures, and governance.
• Lead internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while maintaining delivery accountability.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models for customer support, customer success, and sales.
• Prepare financial models, business cases, data analyses, performance measures, risk assessments, and executive recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy or management consulting, program management, or operations.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in a SaaS or payments environment.
• Strong project management, financial modeling, change management, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across strategic planning and detailed execution levels and engage senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
