Senior Partner Operations Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote within Canada

Salary: CA$107,313–CA$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze partner KPIs, including ARR, activation, and retention, and turn trends into recommendations and actions.
• Improve onboarding, enablement, support, installation, billing, and other partner lifecycle processes.
• Administer and optimize Salesforce, MindMatrix, business intelligence tools, automations, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with sales, product, finance, marketing, and deployment operations to support partner and go-to-market success.
• Capture partner feedback, document scalable practices, and inform roadmap and continuous improvement decisions.

Requirements

• Must be a Canadian citizen or eligible to work in Canada and complete a criminal records check upon hire.
• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role within a SaaS organization.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, partner lifecycle platforms, and process documentation tools such as Confluence, Lucidchart, or Notion.
• Advanced Google Apps Script skills, including automations connecting Google Workspace tools, with real scripts and business use cases to demonstrate.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, plus the ability to communicate insights to technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing PRM platforms.
• Exposure to SaaS partner strategy and channel programs.
• Experience with cross-system data integration and data cleanup initiatives.
