Principal, Global Partner Process Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: U.S. Remote

Salary: $144,000–$181,000 annual base salary, plus potential bonus

What you will do

• Own the configuration and continuous improvement of the partner portal and partner-facing transactional processes.
• Manage teaming, deal registration, partner lead flow, and MDF administration processes.
• Identify process friction using partner feedback, stakeholder input, and process data.
• Build and maintain an automation and AI roadmap based on partner and business impact.
• Define process KPIs and SLAs, and monitor turnaround time, routing accuracy, and approval cycles.
• Define vendor and IT requirements, participate in PRM evaluations, and support UAT and release validation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Direct experience owning partner-facing systems or processes.
• Hands-on experience with PRM or partner portal platforms, deal registration workflows, and MDF administration tools.
• Experience using qualitative feedback and quantitative data to resolve process friction.
• Experience writing requirements for IT or development teams and participating in UAT and release validation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Channelscaler or similar partner portal platforms.
• Experience in channel or partner ecosystems within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
