Global Process Excellence Lead, Supply Chain (Lean Six Sigma/Supply Chain Transformation): Driving end-to-end process excellence and transformation across global Supply Chain operations with an accent on standardization, automation, governance, and performance management. Focus on designing scalable Lean and digital solutions, leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and tracking measurable operational value across Procure-to-Pay, demand planning, logistics, inventory, and supplier management.

What you will do

  • Partner with Global and US Supply Chain leadership to align process excellence initiatives with business strategy and operational priorities.
  • Govern global Supply Chain process standards, operating models, performance frameworks, and initiative prioritization across GBS and non-GBS teams.
  • Lead end-to-end process assessments and implement Lean, Six Sigma, standardization, simplification, and digital-enabled improvements.
  • Drive workflow automation and analytics solutions with Automation, IT, and Business Intelligence teams while managing governance, security, and compliance.
  • Define Supply Chain KPIs, productivity metrics, baselines, success measures, and value realization dashboards.
  • Lead change adoption, coach Process Excellence resources, and oversee concurrent global initiatives, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, or Supply Chain transformation.
  • Experience partnering with global and US-based stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Proven success leading large-scale Supply Chain process improvements with measurable business impact.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, change leadership, automation, digital transformation, and data-driven performance management skills.

  • Additional Project Management or Supply Chain certifications.
