Senior Specialist - Supply Chain

What you will do

• Harmonise supply chain data sets, tools, and processes with the Global Supplier Operations team.
• Support onboarding and training on procurement procedures, best practices, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
• Coordinate with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs.
• Maintain purchasing workflow, approval, and compliance documentation.
• Represent Supplier Operations in customer and regulatory audits globally.
• Streamline ordering processes, reduce costs and delays, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, STEM, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP systems, including Microsoft AX2012 and InforLN, plus Agile and DMS.
• Understanding of SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination.
• Analytical ability, verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• APICS certification, including CPIM, CFPIM, or CSCP.
