People Business Partner

What you will do

• Partner with leadership teams and coach managers and leaders on strategic people matters.
• Manage organizational design, organizational development, leadership coaching, and team-building initiatives.
• Assess team and organizational development needs and implement people processes, including performance cycles and employee engagement action plans.
• Partner with People COE teams to implement scalable business solutions.
• Help scale organizational culture during continued business growth.
• Support employee relations matters and lead projects within the People community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a People Business Partner role.
• Strong judgment and experience assessing business-related risk.
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Empathy and experience driving inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in a changing environment, build cross-team relationships, and use data to identify actionable insights.
