What you will do

• Partner with Tech and Operations leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals across Big Data, Engineering, and Commercialization.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for mid-to-senior technical roles in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Implement data-driven performance management and support a collaborative, multicultural company culture.
• Use AI tools to automate HR reporting, candidate screening, and employee query workflows.
• Manage Singapore labor-law compliance, payroll oversight, and local employee relations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in HRBP roles, preferably in Big Tech or high-growth AI startups.
• Experience scaling Big Data, Engineering, or AI teams from the ground up in the Singapore market.
• Ability to use workforce data for headcount planning, retention, and performance optimization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, EP/COMPASS framework, and MOM regulations.
• Ability to solve organizational bottlenecks using first-principles thinking.
• Native-level English and Mandarin fluency required for collaboration with headquarters and global teams.
