HR Business Partner & HR Operations Lead, APAC HQ

Location: Singapore. Business travel within APAC and to the headquarters in Sweden is part of the role.

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR guidance to APAC leadership teams across marketing, finance, channel partnerships, customer relations, and technical sales.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Design and implement standardized end-to-end HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
• Establish consistent HR policies and benefits across APAC while partnering with country HR teams on execution and data validation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support automation, employee self-service solutions, and a People Manager resource site.
• Use Workday to improve HR data integrity, reporting, dashboards, analytics, and internal employee communications.

Requirements

• Broad HR experience in an international and dynamic environment.
• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, HR, or a related field.
• Business English at a fluent level.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
