Integration Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Ghent, Belgium

What you will do

• Analyse third-party solutions, data models, APIs, and integration capabilities.
• Define integration scope, components, constraints, and data mappings between hirify.global and external systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third parties, and customers to deliver efficient and scalable integrations.
• Support customer validation and go-live activities.
• Create reusable integration documentation for customer success teams.
• Manage the integration lifecycle by analysing change requests and driving continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in a functional or technical analysis role.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to navigate software systems effectively.
• Ability to read API documentation and work with data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Proficient English is required.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
