What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders and AI Automation Engineers to gather and document requirements for AI-driven automation initiatives.
- Map current and future-state processes to identify high-value transformation opportunities.
- Break down complex workflows into structured use cases, including decision points, exceptions, and human-in-the-loop steps.
- Define functional and technical requirements for AI agents, API touchpoints, and workflow orchestration.
- Manage JIRA tickets with detailed acceptance criteria and traceability to ensure delivery predictability.
- Standardize documentation templates and requirement practices to improve automation maturity across the organization.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and workflow orchestration patterns.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Boomi.
- Proven ability to document requirements for complex system integrations and business process transformations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
