TL;DR

Location: Hybrid from the London office; occasional European travel is required

What you will do
- Gather and document business and technical integration requirements for enterprise platforms.
- Design and support integration solutions between CRM, sales, advertising, and finance systems.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and rollout activities across various European markets.
- Manage the transition from project delivery to BAU support and handle incident resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, process maps, and data flows.
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience within enterprise integration environments.
- Background in supporting CRM, finance, commercial, or sales system integrations.
- Solid understanding of APIs, middleware platforms, and data flows.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and high-quality documentation.
- Experience coordinating testing and deployment activities.
- Ability to travel occasionally across Europe
Nice to have
- Experience with Workato, HubSpot, Aquira, or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience working within multi-country technology environments.
