Senior Technical Systems Analyst (Logistics & Fulfilment)

What you will do

• Translate solution architecture into detailed, implementable technical specifications.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, workload documentation, and interface contracts.
• Define data mappings, transformation logic, validation rules, and error-handling behaviours.
• Support engineering and QA teams with clear, accurate, and testable requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct impact assessments across systems, interfaces, and data models while maintaining requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, engineering leads, and data specialists to resolve design ambiguities and improve specification standards.

Requirements

• Significant experience in technical systems analysis, systems design, solution design, or a similar role.
• Proven experience producing functional specifications, interface contracts, and data mapping documentation.
• Strong knowledge of systems analysis methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Experience working in complex, multi-system environments and defining transformation rules, validation logic, and exception handling.
• Understanding of modern integration approaches, including APIs, events, and file-based interfaces.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and requirements traceability skills.
