Modelling Engineer (AI Hardware)

What you will do

• Develop high-fidelity pre-silicon models for hirify.global's AI acceleration hardware.
• Support architectural exploration, definition, and performance trade-off analysis.
• Build functional and performance models to identify bottlenecks.
• Enable early software development on virtual platforms before silicon is available.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and ML teams in a hardware–software co-design process.

Requirements

• Experience modelling complex semiconductor IP before silicon production.
• Experience with SystemC or equivalent modelling frameworks.
• Strong C++ skills for high-performance simulation.
• Experience with performance modelling and architectural analysis.
• Knowledge of verification and functional modelling.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML workloads or ML accelerator architectures.
• Experience in a startup or small-team environment.
