Location: Remote; salary range and benefits are specific to Washington State. Work is subject to U.S. Government export-control review for foreign nationals.
Salary: $148,722β$193,146 per year

What you will do
- Develop and implement materials or environmental licensing project plans and strategies.
- Build and maintain schedules for preparing licensing submittals and obtaining regulatory approvals.
- Prepare, review, and submit environmental permit applications aligned with NRC, NEPA, and EPA requirements.
- Prepare for meetings, submittals, and ongoing communications with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with partner organizations, design authorities, and engineering teams to deliver required licensing inputs.
- Participate in industry groups and apply lessons learned and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree with substantial experience in the nuclear field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10β15 years of direct materials and/or environmental licensing experience.
- 10β15 years of direct experience with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
- 10β15 years of direct project management experience.
- Ability to follow strict quality assurance standards and manage deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to direct remote team members within a matrix organization.
Nice to have
- Experience working with plant design teams.
- Experience with advanced reactors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional.
