What you will do

• Lead the strategy for national partnerships that expand market reach and revenue.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies targeting airlines, OTAs, banks, cruise lines, and other travel intermediaries.
• Lead complex negotiations from initial engagement through agreement execution.
• Position hirify.global as a leading travel insurance partner through industry relationships and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and customer success to implement partnerships effectively.
• Set targets, monitor performance, and own partnership revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the travel sector.
• At least 10 years in senior partnership, business development, or sales leadership roles.
• Proven success closing strategic partnerships with major travel ecosystem companies.
• Direct travel insurance experience, including familiarity with the product, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
• An established network of senior decision-makers across relevant industries.
• Experience designing, negotiating, and executing complex, high-value, multi-year agreements with transformational revenue impact.
