- Support the sales team in checking and improving factory shipping plans and order backlogs.
- Collect payments from distributors and customers.
- Provide shipping instructions and coordinate delivery arrangements.
- Maintain the sales system and CSR-related reports.
- Support internal and external sample requests.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree; English or business operations is preferred.
- 1β2 years of relevant customer service experience is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
