Senior Customer Service Officer (Sales & Customer Service)

What you will do

• Support the sales team with quotation follow-up and payment collection.
• Monitor project status to help ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Support marketing staff in organizing and executing marketing activities.
• Coordinate communication among customers, subcontractors, account managers, project managers, and project engineers.
• Perform other duties assigned to support sales and customer service operations.

Requirements

• College diploma or university degree.
• Good Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Pleasant personality and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of quality.
