Senior Service Operations Specialist (Medical Equipment)

What you will do

• Respond to customer requests received through hotlines, email, and WeChat.
• Create, dispatch, confirm, and invoice service orders, including installation and field action orders.
• Track spare-parts sales orders and coordinate receipt and delivery.
• Maintain installed-base data, daily receiving records, service reports, and customer information.
• Support the regional service manager with accounts receivable activities and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Manage service documentation and assist engineers with annual fixed-asset and inventory counts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or project coordination.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and planning skills.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with SAP.
