Technical Support Engineer

Location: Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong

What you will do

• Manage after-sales repair service providers and monitor service KPIs.
• Provide technical support for TV Display, Home AV, and Digital Imaging products.
• Support B2B projects, technical solutions, rework, and product quality improvement.
• Analyze service and quality data using Excel, Access, and Power BI.
• Conduct technical training for service partners, frontline staff, and B2B customers.
• Coordinate with local authorities, including EMSD and OFCA, and manufacturers on product compliance.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in technical support, service engineering, quality analysis, or after-sales service.
• Knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting, and quality management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills.
• Fluent Cantonese and English required.
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for the Assistant Technical Support Engineer position.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of Excel, Access, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Mandarin.
• Strong technical knowledge of hirify.global TV, Audio & Video, and Digital Imaging products.
