Field Service Engineer (CMP)

What you will do

• Promote products with account managers through product introductions, demo coordination, and technical recommendations.
• Support customer projects involving CMP pads, including on-site demonstrations and after-sales technical service.
• Troubleshoot product performance issues with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive quality improvements to meet customer expectations and build strong customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends, customer intelligence, and the competitive landscape.
• Provide flexible support for urgent cases at customer sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering-related field.
• At least two years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in CMP-related work is a plus.
• Fluent English and familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JMP, and AI.
• Strong communication skills, discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple challenging tasks.
