Customer Engineer (Trilingual: Chinese, English & Korean) (Semiconductor)

Location: Wuxi or Dalian, China; customer-site work with domestic and international project assignments. A one-year field assignment in South Korea may be available through the Global Customer Service Talent Development Program. Relocation eligibility: No.

Monthly base salary: RMB 12,000–14,000.

What you will do

• Assist senior engineers with semiconductor equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, and technical support.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, performance optimization, and stable customer production.
• Participate in on-site projects for SK hynix customers and collaborate with teams in China and South Korea.
• Build customer relationships and support project delivery, site operations, and customer success.
• Complete technical, safety, and certification training while following customer-site safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in automation, mechatronics, electronic, electrical, mechanical, optical, instrumentation, chemical process, thermal, power, fluid, marine, or another related engineering discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of work experience.
• Strong communication skills in Chinese, English, and Korean.
• Willingness to accept domestic and international project assignments and work effectively at customer sites.
• Strong learning agility, teamwork, customer service orientation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Interest in the semiconductor industry and advanced manufacturing.
