Senior Civil Engineer (Data Centers)

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Lead comprehensive site layout plans for large-scale infrastructure projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and access roads.
• Design stormwater management, erosion control, drainage, and grading solutions that support construction and regulatory compliance.
• Plan water, sewage, electrical, and gas utility layouts and integrate them into overall site plans.
• Design safe and efficient roads and access points for construction vehicles, employees, and utility services.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers on multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Provide construction-phase technical support, review contractor submittals, conduct site visits, resolve field issues, and monitor civil-work timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of civil engineering experience focused on site design for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expertise with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar civil engineering design software.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utility systems, road design, stormwater management, and erosion control.
• Familiarity with zoning laws, environmental standards, building codes, and safety requirements relevant to site design.
• Ability to communicate technical designs to contractors, architects, senior engineers, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center, industrial facility, or other large infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
