What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable cloud-based lakehouse and warehouse solutions using Databricks and AWS.
• Design and optimize enterprise data models and build high-performance batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Implement data quality frameworks, monitoring, orchestration, and pipeline automation.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and DataOps practices for secure, automated deployments.
• Implement data governance standards covering cataloging, lineage, metadata management, security, and access control.
• Lead and mentor data engineers while setting technical standards and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Deep expertise in SQL, cloud data platforms, and distributed data processing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Experience with Alteryx, Informatica, orchestration tools, and data pipeline automation.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and scalable, secure enterprise data solutions.
