Location: Must be based in or near Boston, MA (Office-based or hybrid options available).

Salary: $130,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Create advanced SQL models for customer-facing analytics products.
• Design and optimize embedded dashboards using visualization tools.
• Participate in sprint planning and solutioning sessions within the global Data Team.
• Help prioritize analytics work and groom Jira tickets to ensure predictable velocity.
• Present complex findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements across team workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Experience with Agile workflows and Jira.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical data into business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DBT and Snowflake.
• Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Background in supply chain monitoring and optimization.
