Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Advise customers on implementation strategies, use cases, and product selection.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable development outcomes and sprint-ready code.
• Own technical engagements across sales, onboarding, implementation, and continuous service improvement.
• Partner with product teams on go-to-market strategies, solution architectures, and client acquisition.
• Connect architects, engineers, and customers by translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Track competitive products and market opportunities while maintaining high-quality delivery across the technology stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role at a SaaS company.
• Developer skills with APIs and frontend technologies including JavaScript and React.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines.
• Strong communication, listening, presentation, solution architecture, requirements-gathering, and problem-solving skills.
• Pre-employment screening and an in-person interview with identity verification in the country of residence are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats.
