Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States. Onsite corporate PMO role with 0–10% travel. Relocation assistance is available.
Salary: $184,368–$245,824 per year; the range is specific to Washington State.

What you will do
- Act as the principal deputy to the PMO Director, supporting PMO leadership, governance, decision-making, and operational continuity.
- Establish and improve standards, procedures, tools, governance frameworks, and analytical capabilities for the advanced nuclear project portfolio.
- Integrate scope, cost, schedule, risk, resources, and performance data to assess project health and forecast outcomes.
- Oversee integrated master schedules, baseline management, milestone tracking, progress measurement, budgets, forecasts, EAC/ETC, variance analysis, and EVMS indicators including CPI and SPI.
- Identify emerging risks and execution issues, develop mitigation and corrective-action plans, and provide data-driven briefings to PMO and executive leadership.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Project Controls staff while coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, supply chain, project management, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, Project Controls, or PMO leadership supporting large, complex programs.
- Subject matter expertise in one or more Project Controls disciplines, such as cost, planning and controls, scheduling, EVMS, risk, performance analysis, governance, or compliance.
- Experience integrating project and supplier or contractor reporting, establishing PMO standards, leading cross-functional initiatives, and resolving complex project issues.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or enterprise Project Controls platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of U.S. government reporting, governance, compliance, QA, and configuration-controlled environments; relevant nuclear industry experience may be required under ANSI/ANS 3.1.
