Mental Health Therapist- California (Full Time)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license required.

Salary: $80,500 base salary; $110,000 for California-based providers, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide individual teletherapy sessions through secure video and phone.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with care teams, care navigators, clinical leaders, medical teams, and product teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in electronic health record systems.
• Participate in staff meetings and help develop virtual mental health care models.

Requirements

• Independent, unsupervised therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license with eligibility to treat patients independently.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Experience with evidence-based practices, especially for PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders.
• Clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment-planning experience.
• Comfort with electronic health records and telehealth technology.
