DC Weekend Manager (Warehouse Operations)

What you will do

• Oversee daily weekend shift operations for eCommerce fulfillment, supplies management, and service request workflows.
• Drive accuracy, quality, productivity, and service levels through consistent processes and performance monitoring.
• Lead process observations, identify operational gaps, and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments and reinforce compliance with company procedures.
• Coach team members through operational changes, new initiatives, and cross-functional training.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, hourly team members, DC Operations, Merchant teams, Store Operations, and leaders across shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent related work experience.
• 7+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF-managed inventory.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Manhattan WMS, AS/400, Lotus Notes, Kronos, and Sterling Commerce.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible, varied, or extra shifts and meet the physical requirements of a distribution center, including lifting up to 60 lbs and working at heights up to 50 feet.
