Store Logistics Manager (Retail)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day logistics, merchandising, and receiving operations for the store.
• Manage inventory flow, accuracy, safety, order processing, and operational execution.
• Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement productivity solutions.
• Plan workforce needs, schedules, training, and payroll while holding teams accountable to standards.
• Coach and support Team Leads and Team Members across Logistics, Merchandising, and Receiving.
• Partner with store, district, and regional leaders during store walks, audits, and operational reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading departments of up to 40 team members while achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, business judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with inventory systems, order processing, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to complete Firearms Sales and Power Industrial Truck certifications and audit firearm transactions in compliance with federal and state requirements, including ATF Form 4473 and background-check verification.
