Sr. Electrical Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic components, integrated circuitry, and hardware systems.
• Execute engineering projects involving power distribution, vacuum systems, high voltage, control systems, robotics, safety interlocks, and electrostatic chuck technologies.
• Plan requirements, schedules, concept reviews, design reviews, verification, and validation test plans.
• Interface with the design services group and offshore engineering teams to deliver quality designs on schedule.
• Analyze equipment performance, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.
• Ensure designs meet safety, SEMI industry, customer-specific, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of individual-contributor experience in electrical or electronic hardware design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting technical design reviews with larger groups and working with engineering change notices in a formal change process.
• Experience in one or more of systems engineering, high voltage, RF power, PCB design, or power distribution.
• Design experience with Altium, PADS, and PSpice.

Nice to have

• Experience with Creo Schematic, Creo Cabling, or AutoCAD.
• Windchill experience.
• Semiconductor capital equipment experience.
