Senior Product Designer (Figma)

Location: On-site at the New York City office in SoHo

Salary: $170,000–$240,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Design seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces across hirify.global’s mobile and web platforms.
• Develop polished visual designs with strong layout, hierarchy, and modern UI patterns.
• Lead the end-to-end design process in partnership with product, engineering, and growth teams.
• Conduct user research and use data insights to guide design iterations and product decisions.
• Build alignment with executives and cross-functional stakeholders by communicating design rationale and business impact.
• Continuously gather feedback and refine designs to improve quality and user outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in high-growth or early-stage environments.
• Experience balancing rapid design iteration with high-quality execution.
• Strong background in system design, detailed interface execution, and measurable product impact.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable components in Figma.
• Experience designing tools for business users or event organizers.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic impact, attention to detail, and proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
