Senior / Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York, NY; in-person work at the NYC office at least 3.5 days per week on average

Annual salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a non-fuel spend product.
• Expand the platform into expense management, accounts payable, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
• Lead engineers and designers in delivering simpler, safer, and more trusted financial products.
• Represent customer needs and combine customer insights with technical possibilities to create intuitive workflows.
• Prototype rapidly with Cursor, Bolt, and similar tools to accelerate product development.
• Track AI research and emerging applications, applying relevant advances to hirify.global’s products and product management practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience.
• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, applied sciences, or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong customer empathy, design thinking, data fluency, and experimentation skills.
• Hands-on AI experience or passion for building and prototyping AI applications.
• Fluency with LLM concepts including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences.
