Salary: $134,000–$178,000–$195,800 annually for the Washington, DC metropolitan area

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional technical team delivering an integrated analytical capability for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, agent-based modeling, and decision support.
• Manage project operations, production schedules, system resources, customer relationships, and delivery performance.
• Control cost, schedule, performance, and risk, including forecasts, invoices, EACs, and MSRs.
• Supervise employees, support personnel development, and manage subcontractor companies and their staff.
• Coordinate customer requirements for staffing, vendors, procurement, and travel.
• Develop new business opportunities through capture activities, proposals, white papers, and task-order growth.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• An active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph is required; applicants without the required clearance are not eligible.
• At least six years of relevant professional experience, including two years of project management supporting the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Herndon, Virginia.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer, stakeholder, and team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in engineering, science, or an equivalent qualification.
• PMP, DAWIA Level III, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading technical experts for the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics, machine learning, or agent-based modeling.
• Experience managing subcontractors, operational customers, and business development activities.
