Assoc Financial Analyst - Sales Finance

What you will do

• Manage trade spend, promotions, and rebates budgets while monitoring monthly execution and analyzing variances against plan.
• Prepare quarterly and annual forecasts for revenue, discounts, promotions, and margins.
• Validate customer balances, commercial terms, provisions, rebates, and credit notes.
• Review customer contracts, record financial provisions, and ensure payments or credits are issued accurately and on time.
• Support monthly financial close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Logistics, Legal, and Finance teams and provide analysis and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance, preferably involving trade spend, pricing, or revenue management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling, and macros.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and P&L.
• Advanced English required.
• Effective communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or multinational companies with complex commercial structures.
• Knowledge of Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience with Salesforce for customer and promotion tracking.
