Operations Securities Manager - Corporate Actions (Fintech)

Location: Munich, Germany; work from the centrally located offices

What you will do

• Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and securities transaction processes.
• Analyse corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and investigating operational issues.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth corporate action processing.
• Develop scalable operational processes and collaborate with internal teams during rapid business growth.
• Prioritize urgent tasks and escalate critical topics to meet strict daily cut-offs.

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• Initial professional experience in securities services, brokerage, asset management, or banking middle/back office.
• Strong knowledge of securities trading, banking operations, financial operations, and corporate actions.
• Analytical, solution-oriented approach with strong prioritization and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with external partners.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with WM-Daten and Clearstream Xact.
