AVD Client Experience Intern (Fintech)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid

hirify.global provides an Investment API that enables fintechs and financial institutions to offer investment products and retirement planning services.

What you will do

• Support partner teams with accurate answers about subsidies, transfers, and pension payouts.
• Help operate AVD processes, including contract registration with the ZfA, contribution management, annual bonus applications, and payment reconciliation.
• Document workflows, create step-by-step playbooks and error catalogues, and keep operational guidance up to date.
• Investigate recurring ZfA errors and mismatches between payments and records.
• Identify slow, error-prone manual processes and suggest opportunities for improvement or automation.

Requirements

• Fluent German at C1 level or above is required.
• Based in Berlin and available for at least six months.
• Comfortable working in English.
• Structured, precise, and attentive to numerical details.
• Interested in regulations and able to work through ambiguity independently.
• Confident using spreadsheets and AI tools.

• Previous exposure to financial services, operations, or a regulated environment.
