What you will do

• Maintain effective working relationships with external agent banks and internal stakeholders across Treasury, Legal, and Operations.
• Analyze bank fee structures, service levels, and account activity to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support senior engagement with banks, including preparing materials and tracking strategic actions.
• Ensure adherence to internal risk frameworks and external regulatory requirements such as KYC and CASS.
• Evaluate new markets, products, and bank capabilities to support strategic footprint optimization.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and improving service delivery across the global network.
