Team Lead Manufacturing (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a manufacturing team with disciplinary and functional responsibility.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities and personnel deployment.
• Act as the first point of contact for manufacturing-related issues and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality requirements, and production standards.
• Implement onboarding, training, and cross-qualification initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, process engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to stabilize and optimize production processes.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in chemistry, chemical engineering technology, laboratory technology, manufacturing technology, precision mechanics, optics, or a comparable technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical or technically demanding production.
• Proven experience leading and developing employees in a production environment, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality requirements, and shopfloor operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Professional communication skills in German and English.
