Senior Director of EPG Manufacturing Operations Leader (Global Scope)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Lead the global Manufacturing Operations function for one or more product groups.
• Direct strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Partner with business unit executives to deliver customer orders, financial targets, and predictable product quality.
• Improve cost, cash management, responsiveness, agility, and consistency across manufacturing and supply operations.
• Develop organizational capability across distributed and contract manufacturing environments and support new product commercialization.
• Lead regional EPG site operations, productivity initiatives, employee development, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with legacy semiconductor capital equipment, including 200mm and below semiconductor tools, MASK Alta, and MASK Sigma-meltec platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment, cost structures, and the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
• Proven experience leading multisite global operations across extensive operational footprints.
• Experience leading through multiple management levels and developing business unit, department, or sub-functional strategies.
• Ability to evaluate major business challenges, direct innovative solutions, and influence senior executive stakeholders.
